Peter Klevius was horrified when he saw several creationist writings on Google's Science News (US version). US is really retarded and dangerous and needs help and education!

Peter Klevius was probably the first (1979/80 in correspondence with G. H. von Wright - Wittgenstein's successor at Cambridge - and first published in 1981, and repeated in a book 1992) to define the history of existence as the sum in time of evolution and devolution, where evolution is the gathering and upkeeping of complexities while devolution does the opposite. Devolution hence may be seen as either chaos or fine-tuning, depending on your point of view. Peter Klevius defines change as always local within the reach of a reference origo. The bedrock may seem still - but only when experienced from a reference origo. Only a "universe that has lost time" can not change because it lacks reference origo. As
